The Wildcat is one of the easiest to control, maximum distance, slight left turn, driver in the world. The Flash has a little more glide and will fly just a little farther for many players.

More glide equals longer flight but also a little less control. There's a give and take between the two and I've always preferred control over a few extra meters of flight which is why I would go with the Wildcat here.
